Overview
JSmith & Partners is a London-based corporate law firm that came to Fuse with a dated, poorly converting website that failed to reflect the firm’s prestige or communicate its specialist expertise. Prospective clients were bouncing without making contact. The firm needed a digital presence that commanded immediate trust.
The Challenge
The existing site was built on an outdated template with no mobile optimisation, slow load times exceeding 8 seconds, and a confusing navigation structure. There was no clear call-to-action, no lead capture mechanism, and the design felt generic — far below the standard clients expect from a premium law firm.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site from the ground up on WordPress with a bespoke dark-navy and gold design language that communicates authority and discretion. Pages were structured around client journeys — from first impression to enquiry. We introduced a prominently placed contact form on every page, integrated a WhatsApp chat button for direct access, and built a dedicated practice areas section for each speciality. Speed was optimised to sub-2-second load times.
