Luna Dine is an upscale contemporary restaurant in Central London seeking to replace their off-the-shelf booking platform with a fully branded digital experience. Their existing site used a third-party template that clashed with their sophisticated aesthetic and pushed reservation traffic to external platforms, losing the brand experience entirely.
The Challenge
The restaurant had strong word-of-mouth but weak online presence. Their existing website was slow, visually inconsistent, and sent customers to an external booking platform mid-journey, causing significant drop-off. The menu was presented as a static PDF. There was no mobile-first thinking despite 70%+ of customers searching on mobile.
Our Solution
Fuse built a rich, sensory-led website with full-bleed photography, smooth scroll transitions, and a warm amber-and-charcoal palette that perfectly reflects the restaurant's atmosphere. We embedded an inline reservation system, eliminating the third-party redirect. The menu was rebuilt as a structured, filterable digital experience. A private dining enquiry flow was added for corporate bookings.
