Overview
Prime Haus is a boutique luxury property agency specialising in prime Central London and Home Counties residential real estate. They came to Fuse needing a website that could compete visually with the elite agencies in their market, while providing a smooth property browsing and lead capture experience for high-net-worth clients.
The Challenge
Prime Haus was operating with a basic template site that had no property listing functionality, forcing them to direct clients to Rightmove for all viewings — a journey that completely stripped their brand from the experience. The site offered no way to showcase off-market properties, no valuation request flow, and no way to signal the premium, discreet service they provided.
Our Solution
We built a bespoke property listing system using WordPress with Advanced Custom Fields, allowing the Prime Haus team to manage listings independently — uploading photos, floor plans, virtual tours, and key property details without any developer involvement. Properties are filterable by location, price, and type. A private 'Off Market' section was built behind a simple enquiry gate. The design uses a dark, architectural palette with large-format photography and refined typography to communicate luxury.
